The Concept

Offering a variety of unique dining options, Mr & Mrs Fox's three floors each deliver a different experience, giving diners a warm neighbourhood environment in which to kick back, dig in or chill out.

The restaurant's rustic-meets-ritzy interiors, created by Hong Kong design studio Charlie & Rose Ltd, evoke the fox persona portrayed in children's classic fables, with interiors that are playful and stylish, and ever-present sense of mischief.


Mr & Mrs Fox offers an ingredient-driven menu headed by Chef Joey Sergentakis, introducing dishes focused on craftsmanship, with contemporary and international flavor inspirations. Each dish reveals his technical skills and attention to detail, with many of the menu items – from the bread, to the charcuterie and pasta – produced in-house. The design of Mr & Mrs Fox reflects the menu, with bespoke furniture pieces and materials including wood and brass, bringing a sense of nostalgia and whimsy to the space.

Joey Sergentakis

Joey Sergentakis

Born in New York, Chef Joey Sergentakis grew up in an Italian and Greek family, heavily involved in the food industry. With his grandparents operating a Greek restaurant and his father managing a food distribution company, Joey’s career was determined from an early age. Before joining Mr & Mrs Fox, he worked at iconic restaurants in New York, Switzerland, France and Italy, under acclaimed chefs such as Philippe Rochat, Daniel Boulud and Alain Ducasse. Previously Chef de Cuisine at Café Gray Deluxe, The Upper House, Joey is no stranger to Swire Hotels.

Peter Murray

Peter Murray

Peter Murray grew up in the Caribbean and studied in Canada and England, where he completed his degree in International Hospitality Management. He began his career on the infamous Cunard Ocean Liners, the Queen Elizabeth 2 and Queen Mary 2. After completing his degree he worked at the private members’ club Soho House, before moving to Hong Kong in 2013 to begin his role as Manager in Sugar (Bar.Deck.Lounge) at EAST, Hong Kong. He will be bringing his passion and talent to Mr & Mrs Fox where he heads up the team as Restaurant Manager.
