The Concept

Offering a variety of unique dining options, Mr & Mrs Fox's three floors each deliver a different experience, giving diners a warm neighbourhood environment in which to kick back, dig in or chill out.

The restaurant's rustic-meets-ritzy interiors, created by Hong Kong design studio Charlie & Rose Ltd, evoke the fox persona portrayed in children's classic fables, with interiors that are playful and stylish, and ever-present sense of mischief.

Menus

Mr & Mrs Fox offers an ingredient-driven menu headed by Chef Joey Sergentakis, introducing dishes focused on craftsmanship, with contemporary and international flavor inspirations. Each dish reveals his technical skills and attention to detail, with many of the menu items – from the bread, to the charcuterie and pasta – produced in-house. The design of Mr & Mrs Fox reflects the menu, with bespoke furniture pieces and materials including wood and brass, bringing a sense of nostalgia and whimsy to the space.

Peter Murray

Peter Murray

Peter Murray grew up in the Caribbean and studied in Canada and England, where he completed his degree in International Hospitality Management. He began his career on the infamous Cunard Ocean Liners, the Queen Elizabeth 2 and Queen Mary 2. After completing his degree he worked at the private members’ club Soho House, before moving to Hong Kong in 2013 to begin his role as Manager in Sugar (Bar.Deck.Lounge) at EAST, Hong Kong. He will be bringing his passion and talent to Mr & Mrs Fox where he heads up the team as Restaurant Manager.

Cheung Chok Ho

Cheung Chok Ho

With his roots in Hong Kong, Cheung Chok Ho uniquely expresses a modern European culinary artistry.  He developed and refined his talents in the kitchen at Amber, the two-Michelin star restaurant at The Landmark Mandarin Oriental.  From there, Cheung joined the Swire family in opening Café Gray Deluxe in Admiralty in 2009, and then Mr & Mrs Fox in Quarry Bay in 2015.  As the Head Chef, Cheung leads his team in a culinary vision that ties together his Hong Kong influences with the contemporary and international techniques of Mr & Mrs Fox.


Derek Li

Derek Li

With more than 10 years’ experience in the F&B industry, Derek Li has developed a keen understanding of the chemistry between food and wine. The award-winning sommelier has extensive experience working in fine dining restaurants, including the One-Michelin-starred L’Altro, where he and his team were awarded the “Best Listing of Italian Wines” by China’s Wine List of The Year Awards 2015. Reinforcing his reputation in the industry, he was also named winner in “The Best Sommelier Greater China Competition 2015” held by Sopexa Hong Kong.
