Offering a variety of unique dining options, Mr & Mrs Fox’s three floors each deliver a different experience, giving diners a warm neighbourhood environment in which to kick back, dig in or chill out.

The restaurant’s rustic-meets-ritzy interiors, created by Hong Kong design studio Charlie & Rose Ltd, evoke the fox persona portrayed in children’s classic fables, with interiors that are playful and stylish, and ever-present sense of mischief.

Mr & Mrs Fox offers an ingredient-driven menu, introducing dishes focused on craftsmanship, with contemporary and international flavour inspirations. Each dish reveals chef’s food knowledge and attention to detail.

Celebrate a special occasion with award-winning dry-aged steak and fresh seafood paired with great wine, or simply kick back with a perfect craft beer or cocktail, tacos and chilli.

The Team

Vikash Vaswani

Restaurant & Bar Manager

With over five years’ of experience in the hospitality field, Vikash joined Swire Restaurants to open the award-winning restaurant, Mr & Mrs Fox in Quarry Bay. He is now Restaurant & Bar Manager at both Mr & Mrs Fox and The Continental.

Multi-lingual, ambitious, slightly unhinged, and a graduate of Les Roches University of Hotel Management, Vikash applied his skills first in the opening of Laris and The Bellbrook in Hong Kong in 2012, followed by Bread Street Kitchen & Bar by Gordon Ramsay in 2014.

Vikash is passionate about hospitality and he aims to make your restaurant experience one to remember.

Alfredo Gomez

Executive Chef

Born and raised in Jalisco, Mexico, Alfredo Perez Gomez first became fascinated with the art of cooking in his grandmother’s home. With the foundations of cooking under his belt, Gomez moved to the US at the tender age of 18, where he learned the restaurants and bars trade and worked his way into the kitchens of Gilbert’s, a renowned restaurant in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, followed by Takashi, the famed Michelin-star restaurant in Chicago.

Moving back to Mexico, Gomez headed up Carolina Restaurant at The St. Regis Punta Mita, before receiving his Academie Culinaire de France – Diplome D’Honneur Medaille de Bronze, as well as taking home First Place at the VIII Trofeo Thierry Blouet.

He crossed oceans to Hong Kong in 2014, working at a number of Dining Concepts group restaurants including Gordon Ramsey’s Bread Street Kitchen & Bar and London House. Gomez has then joined Swire Restaurants in 2018, where he takes the helm as Executive Chef at Mr & Mrs Fox.

Patrick Natino

Operations Manager

Born and raised in the Philippines, Patrick moved to Hong Kong in 2001. He loves Hong Kong and was attracted to the vibrancy and multicultural aspects of this fast-paced city. Patrick has been with Swire Hotels for over 7 years. He started at EAST, Hong Kong working as Team Leader and Bar Supervisor, which gave him the flexibility and opportunity to nurture his passion for the hotel industry. Patrick eventually moved on to join the pre-opening team for The Continental and Mr & Mrs Fox, developing the Bar & Beverage Program.

Prior to joining Swire Hotels he worked at the East End Brewery, previously located where Mr & Mrs Fox currently is, and as a hotelier at Sheraton Hotels and Intercontinental Hotels and Resorts.

When it comes to leading, he is passionate about teaching and coaching, from cocktail classes and sharing work related experiences to boosting confidence and morale of his team.
